Hair Sheep Flock
About Our Sheep – The hair sheep flock is made up primarily of Katahdin influenced genetics. You also notice traits of St. Croix, Dorper, and Romanov within them. We do have one flock of sheep that was purchased from Greek Farms in August 2024, that have remained 100% purebred Katahdin.

Replacement ewe lams and breeding rams will be available annually each year in early September.
Hair Sheep Rotational Grazing
We practice rotational grazing, and each flock is moved to fresh grass every 4-7 days, depending on the paddock. This is done in an effort to stockpile forage and reduce parasite issues. Our mature ewes are gathered twice a year specifically for culling. Anything exhibiting foot or parasite issues is removed from the flock. We retain all of our own breeding rams from within the flock and sell them at the end of each breeding season.
